Irina is the founder and creative director of Contour Body Lab. While being based in Vancouver, BC, she has travelled to many countries for extensive training in drainage massage and Brazilian stretch mark treatments. With over a decade of experience in being a Registered Massage Therapist, as well as holding a BA from the University of Waterloo. She will surprise you with the amount of knowledge she has in the anatomy and physiology of the human body that goes beyond the scope of her work. She can also relate to those experiencing body changes. Due to being a mother of 3 she has gone through weight gain and weight loss many times over and has personally benefitted from all the treatments that she now offers and teaches.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a practicing Registered Nurse with an interest in the aesthetic field. For the past two years Helen has worked alongside Irina at Contour Body Lab and has used her knowledge to help perfect our treatment protocols delivering consistent results to our clients. Trained and personally nurtured by Irina, Helen has thrived in helping women be more confident in their own skin. Her knowledge and medical training has been an asset to Contour Body Lab and with that being said, Irina and Helen have built this class for you to learn with ease and confidently implement this treatment at your own clinic.
